Dr. Elane K. Seebo is a retired higher education administrator who most recently served as the Senior Assistant to the President, Wayland Baptist University. In this role, Dr. Seebo advised the president on a variety of issues of interest to senior university administration, including institutional and programmatic accreditation, strategic and emergency planning, legal and legislative matters, institutional research and effectiveness, program development, military relations, and similar issues.
