Currently, he is the first concurred President of Limay Polytechnic College. For the past years, he served as the Asst. Vice President for Academic Affairs and Planning Development, and the Dean of Arts, Social Sciences, Education and Graduate School and Director of Center for Teaching Excellence at Olivarez College, Paranaque City; and Consultant and Member of the Board of Trustees at Paranaque City College. Prior to his higher education posts, he became a school principal for basic education, head of student affairs and academic head. At present, he is the Vice President for Luzon of the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE) since 2014 and became Chair of NCR Chapter, Officer of the Consortium of the South of Higher Education Institutions (CotS) and the Association of Philippine Private School Administrators and Mentors (APPSAM), and board member of the Association of Local Colleges and Universities-Region 3 (ALCUR3). He founded the Consortium of Teacher Education Institutions of the South (COTEIS) and EDUKALYE (a renowned and multi-awarded community-based program). He is a recipient of various awards and citations, such as consistent Outstanding College and Graduate Faculty (Hall of Famer) and a research award, Lion's Club leadership and service award, Gawad-Gobernador Dakilang Guro,

Mayor's Award for Civic Leadership, Outstanding Alumnus, the 2015 Outstanding School Administrator given by PERAA held at Marco Polo Hotel, Davao City, the 2022 Most Outstanding CEO Global Education Award (The Highest Distinguished Leadership Award) accorded by the ASEAN+ Council of Leaders, Deans and Educators in Business (ACLADEB), and the Gawad-Sulo for Eminent Alumni for Educational Leadership accorded by the Philippine Normal University. Recently, the institution that he leads was awarded as "Outstanding Local College" in the Philippines after receiving the DICT Technology Citation stint and the rest awards and citations. At present, he is a Member of the CPD Council (PRC) for Professional Teachers and the Career Progression and Specialization Program and Credit Accumulation and Transfer System (CPSP-CATS). He obtained his BS Education at Bataan Peninsula State University, Balanga City; MA in Teaching Filipino and Values Education at Philippine Normal University, and Doctor of Educational Management at Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Manila, respectively and pursued and completed the Government Academic Executive Leadership Course as a CHED scholar.
