She holds a PhD in Educational Innovation and currently serves as Academic Program Coordinator at the School of Engineering and Sciences of Tecnológico de Monterrey, Sonora Norte Campus. Beyond academic management and research, one of her main interests is promoting the participation of girls and young women in engineering and STEM disciplines. Since 2022, she has actively participated as a mentor, judge, and speaker at Technovation Girls and has coordinated the Beautiful Patterns program, impacting dozens of girls and young women. Her work as a mentor in engineering and STEM education projects with a humanistic focus reaffirms her commitment to building more equitable, safe, and dignified spaces for women in science and engineering.
