Felipe Espinosa Torres is Director of the Foreign Languages Ecosystem at Universidad Ean, where he leads strategic initiatives at the intersection of language education (plurilingualism), internationalization, and interculturality. He is a researcher affiliated with the GEHPS research group (Human, Pedagogical and Social Studies) and has experience in the design and management of academic and institutional projects with a global scope. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Bilingual Education with an emphasis on English teaching from Universidad El Bosque and a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Language Didactics from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Project Management. His professional trajectory integrates leadership in higher education, pedagogical innovation, and the development of global competencies, with interests in EFL, educational leadership, ICT integration, and data-driven decision-making.
