Frank Longo, PhD, FHEA, is Director of Impact at UBI Business School and Co-Chair of the PRME France–Benelux Chapter. His work focuses on purpose-driven student development, responsible leadership, sustainability, and translating educational ideas into meaningful societal impact. He created the UBI Citizen initiative, which integrates values, leadership development, and applied community projects across the student experience. He has presented and facilitated workshops on student engagement and responsible management education at PRME regional and global forums, including Nancy and Cairo. With a background spanning psychology, organisational leadership, and international higher education, his teaching and research explore empathy, global citizenship, leadership, and responsible management education.
