Dr. Fred Ku is an accomplished economist and a passionate educator. He is currently Associate Dean and Principal Lecturer at CUHK Business School and has authored a book on economics, produced 10+ video cases and a business simulation game. His prominent contribution to T&L is recognized by multiple awards, like eLearning Forum Asia 2020 Exemplary T&L Award (Sliver), CUHK University Education Award 2024, CUHK Vice-Chancellor's Exemplary Teaching Award (2013 & 2019) and Faculty Teaching Excellence Award 2018-19. Dr. Ku is a passionate advocate of creating social value through business education. He is the founder and director of CUHK Business Education for Social Good (BESGO) which aims to nurture the next generation of socially-responsible leaders. He is also founding director of a Lions Club and consultant for several social enterprises in HK.
