Currently, I serve as Director of Pacifico Business School in Lima, Peru, one of the top 10 business schools in Latin America. I also serve on corporate boards and advisory committees, mentor leaders, and teach at the graduate level. I firmly believe that the networks built with generosity and purpose are the ones that truly create lasting impact.

I am a committed advocate for women’s leadership, as well as for the entrepreneurial and venture capital ecosystem across the region, spaces where women are gaining greater representation and where there is still much to build together.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning corporate law, the public sector, energy and electrical infrastructure, business education, and strategic consulting, I have learned that the best results emerge from authentic leadership and highly committed teams.
