Gualverto Quiroz Aguirre is a distinguished university professor and innovative academic leader with over thirty years of exceptional experience in higher education. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Education at the University of Almería (Spain) and has established a robust professional trajectory in Peru, where he has contributed extensively to both undergraduate and postgraduate education. Furthermore, he has played a pivotal role in institutional licensing and accreditation processes dedicated to continuous quality enhancement.

His scholarly work focuses on university quality management, curricular innovation, and institutional transformation. His core research avenues encompass the integration of artificial intelligence in higher education, public intrapreneurship, and educational sustainability. He has actively participated in prominent international projects—such as BID-II, APROLABII, and FORTE-PE—and collaborates closely with global initiatives centered on educational innovation.

Professor Quiroz Aguirre’s overarching objective is to drive institutional capacity-building, maximize student employability, and foster university transformation through rigorous research, strategic innovation, and a forward-looking, transformative leadership approach.

Additionally, he is honored to serve as a juror for the prestigious QS Reimagine Education Awards for the 2024 through 2026 editions, a premier global platform dedicated to recognizing the most impactful innovations in teaching, learning, and employability.
