Prof. Haleama Al Sabbah is a Full Professor of Public Health Nutrition at Abu Dhabi University, UAE. She holds a PhD in Medical Sciences with a focus on Public Health Nutrition and has extensive experience in research, teaching, and academic leadership across the Middle East and internationally. Her research focuses on nutrition-related behaviours, obesity, women's health, and non-communicable diseases. lifestyle interventions, public health policy, and other public health nutrition related research. Prof. Al Sabbah has published widely in high-impact journals and actively contributes to global health initiatives, including collaborations with the WHO, UNICEF, UNISCO, and other international research networks. She serves as a Guest Editor for Sage Women's Health and Frontiers in Public Health, in addition to her roles on several editorial boards. She is a recognized speaker at regional and international conferences. She is dedicated to mentoring students and leading interdisciplinary research projects that aim to improve population health outcomes. Her work emphasises evidence based practice, innovatio, and sustainable health solutions.
