Prof. Hang (Robin) Luo is the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic, Research & International Affairs) at Wuhan College. In his Deputy Vice-Chancellor role Robin is providing strategic leadership in the development and delivery of the University’s undergraduate and international programs, assisting and advising the Vice-Chancellor and University Council on research policy and strategy, research management and performance. He oversees areas including academic staffing, academic quality, and teaching and learning, the operation of the University’s Research Office and International Office. He also provides leadership in developing relationships with the University’s research funders and collaborators and promoting the research profile of the University locally and internationally.

Robin’s research background is in Financial Risk Management, FinTech, Corporate Finance, International Finance, Banking, and Quantitative Analysis. His is also the adjunct faculty and doctoral supervisor at University of Liverpool (United Kingdom) and Assumption University (Thailand).
