Dr. Harveen Bhandari holds a Doctorate in Planning & Architecture and a  Masters and a Bachelors in Architecture. Her areas of interest include cultural heritage, living religious heritage, vernacular architecture, and architectural education. She is also currently heading the Ph.D. program (Architecture, Urban Design & Development) at Chitkara University and guiding doctoral scholars. With an experience of 22 years, she has presented & published papers in international & national conference proceedings and refereed journals. Has been a Technical Committee Member for international conferences and has chaired several sessions. Has convened many Faculty Development Programs for faculty and scholars in architecture across India. She continues to serve as the Editorial Head for the Quarterly Newsletter of the school. She is also a lifetime member of INTACH and the Council of Architecture, India.
