She is the Director of the Office of International Development and Continuing Education at the American University of Science and Technology - specializing in mathematics and data science. She has participated in consulting projects funded by the World Bank and United Nations agencies in more than 20 countries. She held multiple academic and administrative positions, most notably Dean of Students and Admissions and Chairperson of the Mathematics Department at the university. She has extensive experience in education and research, and her research focuses on issues of mathematics, education, artificial intelligence, governance and data-driven decision making.
