I am Héctor Navarro, an Industrial Engineer graduated from the Catholic University of Honduras and holder of a Master’s degree in Industry 4.0 from the International University of La Rioja (UNIR, Spain). I have more than 13 years of experience at the National University of Agriculture, where I have worked in academic, administrative, and institutional development roles.

My professional career has been focused on innovation, digital transformation, and the implementation of emerging technologies aimed at strengthening higher education and productive sectors. In addition, I have completed diploma programs in innovation, research, university teaching, artificial intelligence, and knowledge management, building a multidisciplinary profile oriented toward sustainable development and institutional modernization.

I have actively participated in academic improvement initiatives, strategic planning, and university outreach projects, as well as in international congresses and academic events, including activities held at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico, expanding my perspective on technology, leadership, and innovation applied to higher education.

I strongly believe in education, technology, and innovation as essential tools for social transformation, talent development, and sustainable progress in Honduras.
