Dr. Jay Mark B. Santos currently serves as Vice President for Academic Affairs, and the Program Head for Language and Literature Programs at the Graduate School Department of La Consolacion University Philippines (LCUP). He earned both his Master of Arts in Education major in English and his Doctor of Philosophy in English Language and Literature from La Consolacion University Philippines (LCUP).

Dr. Santos has received numerous recognitions for his contributions to education, leadership, and innovation. Among these are the Trailblazer Award (2024), the International Luminary Award for Teaching (2023), and the Innovative Educator as Change Maker Award during the International Innovative Future Education Summit Awards in 2021 and 2022. His work continues to focus on academic quality assurance, transformative education, curriculum innovation, and values-centered leadership in Catholic education. 

A member of various local and international professional organizations, Dr. Santos has been a sought-after resource speaker for seminars and workshops on topics such as Outcomes-Based Education, Curriculum Alignment, and Quality Assurance. He has also shared his expertise on international platforms, including the IN4OBE Virtual Summit 2022 and the 5th ERL Session.
