I am an Attorney, Master, and Doctor in Political Science, with a solid academic background and extensive experience in law, political science, public management, and sustainable development. I graduated as an Attorney from the University of Zulia (LUZ), earned a Master of Science in Labor Law from Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacín Private University (URBE), and a Doctorate in Political Science, also from URBE. Additionally, I have completed postdoctoral studies in Public Management and Government, Integration and Development of Latin America, and State, Public Policies and Social Peace, all at URBE.

I served as Head of Academic Control at Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacín University College (CUNIBE). Currently, I work as Coordinator of Sustainable Development at Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacín Private University (URBE), where I am also a graduate-level research professor and have held various academic positions, including: Coordinator of the Master's Program in Labor Law, Coordinator of the Doctoral Program in Management Sciences, and researcher at the Research Center for Legal, Political and Social Sciences (CICJPS). I am also co-editor of URBE's Climatological Report Journal, which consolidates my commitment to disseminating knowledge on environmental and climate issues.

I am also a research professor at Dr. José Gregorio Hernández University (UJGH), where I serve as Coordinator of the Postdoctoral Program in Sustainable Development and Circular Economy and am a member of the Academic Committee for the Specialization in Tax Management. I have been a visiting professor at Cecilio Acosta University, at the National Experimental University of Security (UNES), at UNICEBA University (Mexico), and an online tutor at Florida Global University, where I also participated as a specialist professor in developing the virtual classroom for the Insurance Law course. I also serve as an academic advisor for the Education and Research Network (RESEI).

My professional experience includes teaching numerous courses in master's and doctoral programs at institutions such as URBE and UJGH, covering areas such as labor law, social security, public policies, public management, organizational legal foundations, and research seminars. I have been a speaker at numerous national and international scientific events in countries such as Chile and Venezuela, and I am the author of various peer-reviewed articles and extended papers published in conference proceedings, with an emphasis on e-government, employment public policies, digital governance, telework, and sustainable development.

In the field of scientific impact measurement, I am ranked in the AD Scientific Index as a positioned researcher, occupying 52nd place among scientists at Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacín Private University (URBE), thus contributing to the positioning of research in social and political sciences from Venezuela.
