With more than 10 years of experience in International Higher Education, Jessica CHAGNARD is passionate about digital transformation of HEI and the sense of empowerment that it can provide to institutions, organizations, and individuals. As Head of International Projects & Business Development at TBS Education, Jessica leverages digital tools as a primary enabler for I@H policy; responds to the demands of International Accreditation bodies; works on the school's internationalisation in line with its strategy, contributes to international experiential learning and oversees the international student well-being policy. Graduate of a prestigious transatlantic tripartite program, Jessica is a product of international education with strong theoretical and operational expertise. Prior to joining TBS Education, Jessica worked in Brussels with European Institutions notably the European Parliament. Jessica currently serves as an ERASMUS Without Paper Champion; EAIE mentor and worked as an expert for the Campus France Bourse Eiffel Scholarship and the QS Reimagine Education Award. She has spoken at the Times Higher Education Digital Universities Conference, EFMD Online Learning Symposium, Annual EAIE Conference and Exhibition and co-develop content for the Innolab of the Asia-Europe Foundation.
