Dr. Jirajittra Higgins is currently a lecturer at Chulalongkorn University Language Institute (CULI), Thailand. She was previously a Deputy Director for Research and Academic Services at Chulalongkorn University Language Institute (CULI). Dr. Higgins holds her Doctoral Degree in English for International Communication and Master of Arts in English. She also obtained the Certificate of Teaching English for Speakers Of Languages (TESOL) from Trinity College London, England. Her research interest has focused on the areas of English teaching and learning, professional development, technology in education, interaction competence, intercultural communication competence, virtual exchange, World Englishes, and conversation analysis.
