Dr Joanne Roxburgh works on how new institutions establish themselves and sustain both innovation and credibility in regulated environments. Over twenty-five years she has worked across higher education institutions and businesses internationally, including on the founding teams of new institutions in Europe and the Middle East, and leading organisations through growth, transformation and transition. Her doctoral research examined institutional emergence in new higher education institutions.
