Joanne Roxburgh works on how new institutions establish themselves and sustain both innovation and credibility in regulated environments. Over twenty-five years she has been on the founding teams of new higher education institutions across Europe and the Middle East, and has led institutions and edtech organisations through growth and transition. Her work is supported by doctoral research into emergence.
