
Dr. Jody Britten is the interim CEO at the AI and Education Studio, an international initiative focused on advancing responsible, research-informed uses of artificial intelligence in support of education. Her work centers on helping education systems, nonprofits, universities, and technology organizations bridge the gap between innovation and implementation through practical strategy, governance, instructional design, and organizational transformation.
With more than two decades of experience across education research, educational technology, implementation science, and global capacity building, Dr. Britten has supported initiatives spanning preK–12, higher education, workforce development, and international nonprofit sectors. She has advised organizations on AI readiness, digital transformation, inclusive design, and evidence-based adoption strategies, with a particular focus on ensuring AI strengthens learning, accessibility, and human-centered decision-making.
Dr. Britten is a published author and researcher with extensive experience leading large-scale initiatives involving educator professional development, digital learning, and innovation ecosystems. Her work has included collaborations with schools, universities, foundations, government agencies, and global education networks across six continents. She is also a frequent keynote speaker and facilitator on topics related to innovation, AI in education, scalable implementation, future-ready learning systems, and inclusive educational practice.
Through the AI and Education Studio, Dr. Britten supports the development of practical frameworks, tools, and collaborative design processes that help organizations move from AI curiosity to meaningful educational impact.
