A certified ISO 9001 and ISO 21001:2018 EOMS professional, she specializes in aligning higher education quality systems, accreditation, assessment, certification and global rankings to enhance institutional performance and learner outcomes. 

At National University, Philippines, she has led transformative initiatives across QS Stars, QS &THE World University Rankings, PACUCOA accreditation, and the transition from QMS to EOMS—embedding continuous improvement and outcomes-based education. Currently serving as the Executive & Administrative Director of NU Cebu, her leadership also spans AUN-QA, PQA, and WURI initiatives, strengthening global competitiveness.

An international speaker (THE Digital Universities Asia Conference, 2023) and active Scopus-Indexed-published researcher (2021, 2022), she is a returning judge for the QS Reimagine Education Awards (2025) and a three-time QS ImpactSkills Challenge judge (2024, 2025, 2026), bringing a practitioner’s lens grounded in innovation, scalability, and real-world educational impact.
