Jolene is an Expert in the Curriculum Innovation and Development team, within the Centre for Future Learning in Taylor’s University, Malaysia. Her role is to support the institution's teaching and learning strategy by instilling innovative best practices relating to student experience. Previously, Jolene led a team of educators in the award-winning “Emotional Intelligence in Action” programme, a core module for all first-year students from every Faculty in the institution.

Passionate about community-building and purposeful teaching and learning, Jolene is committed to strengthening others’ mental health and personal growth, through engaging, meaningful experiences in a safe space.

With an MSc in Mental Health Studies from King’s College London, Jolene also holds several years of previous experience as an autism therapist and clinical supervisor, within the leadership team at Early Autism Project Malaysia. She is a professional speaker who frequently advocates for mental health and wellbeing in international communities, with notable engagements including Bata, DHL, Shangri-La & Traders Hotels, Emerson, and BASF.
