
Keerthi Kanchanapally leads enterprise Generative AI product development at Amazon, where he has built and scaled a portfolio of many GenAI-powered applications supporting more than 300,000 corporate employees, including AI-driven coaching, conversational agents, and knowledge-retrieval systems built on retrieval-augmented generation and graph-based enrichment architectures. Earlier in his career, he led large-scale employee training and skilling programs at Amazon, building the technology-enabled learning systems used to onboard and develop more than one million frontline workers across Amazon’s global operations network, and leading education and upskilling initiatives that scaled to reach more than 100,000 employees globally.
Keerthi holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from BITS Pilani, India. His work sits at the intersection of applied AI, workforce skilling, and large-scale organizational learning.
