Kevien Cabarrubias-Dela LPT, PhDPA,  is the Director of the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) at the Technological University of the Philippines and a faculty member under the College of Management and Multidisciplinary Studies.
