Dr. Khairun Nisa is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia, specializing in Human Resource Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Behavior, and Higher Education Innovation. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Development and has extensive experience in teaching, research, curriculum development, and student learning enhancement.

Her research focuses on leadership development in the digital and artificial intelligence era, with particular interests in leadership character formation, organizational behavior, and talent development. She has led and contributed to numerous research and educational initiatives aimed at strengthening leadership capabilities and improving learning outcomes in higher education.

Dr. Khairun Nisa has received international recognition for her contributions to teaching and learning innovation. Her work was shortlisted for the QS Reimagine Education 2025 Blended and Presence Learning Award, reflecting her commitment to developing impactful, technology-enhanced, and student-centered educational practices. She is also a recipient of several international awards in teaching and learning.
