
Khalid Dahleez
Professor in Management

Dr. Dahleez is an
esteemed Professor in Management at the College of Business Administration at
A'Sharqiyah University in Oman. He has over 20 years of academic and
professional experience, having held several managerial positions in the
academic sector across different countries. Dr. Dahleez has served as the
director of the planning & development, quality assurance, research
affairs, community service, and internship sections. He has also been involved
in several program and institutional accreditation assignments in Oman &
Palestine.
A recognized
leader in organizational and policy development, Dr. Dahleez has played key roles
in developing major institutional strategies, regulations, and operational
frameworks. His contributions include leading the development of A’Sharqiyah
University’s Five-Year Strategic Plan (2020–2025), Postgraduate Academic
Regulations, Course Coding Policy, and operational plans for academic colleges.
He also contributed to the development of internationalization and innovation
strategies, institutional accreditation manuals, quality assurance operational
plans, benchmarking guidebooks for university-enterprise relations under
Erasmus+ initiatives, and strategic plans for research and graduate studies. In
addition, he led the development of operational manuals and business process
reengineering initiatives for public sector institutions and internationally
funded projects.
Dr. Dahleez
possesses extensive experience in institutional assessment and program
evaluation, having served as an external reviewer and evaluator for doctoral,
master’s, and undergraduate programs in Oman and Palestine. He has also
contributed to AACSB-related initiatives and quality assurance reviews and has
overseen the development of several academic programs in management,
accounting, logistics, digital marketing, and business analytics.
His academic
expertise spans courses including Advanced Project Management, Strategic
Management, Marketing Strategy, Business Research Methods, and
Entrepreneurship: Theory & Practice. In addition to teaching MBA students,
he has over 15 years of experience teaching undergraduate courses, including
Project Management, TQM, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship,
Entrepreneurial Strategy & Innovation, Introduction to Business, Small
Business Management, Strategic Resources Management, and Organizational Theory.
Dr. Dahleez also
has an impressive publication record, having authored over 70 articles in
reputable peer-reviewed journals. Moreover, he has supervised and examined
Master's degree students for over ten years and served as a reviewer for more
than 60 established journals across various countries. Beyond academia, Dr.
Dahleez has a record of professional experience in strategic management,
fundraising, and overseeing development projects funded by international
donors. He has facilitated workshops and community contributions in the fields
of Strategy Development, Small Business Development, Business Start-ups,
Business Incubation, Entrepreneurship, and Research Development.
