Laila Abu Qatousah is an education professional and early
grades technical advisor with more than two decades of experience in teaching,
education policy making, educational support agent, content development,
evaluation, teacher training, and instructional coaching. Throughout her
career, she has designed and delivered professional development programs in
areas including educational leadership, technology integration, English
language teaching, communication strategies, novice teacher training, and
education in emergency context.
Laila served as a judge for the QS reimagine education award
2025, contributing her expertise to the evaluation of innovative educational
initiatives and transformative learning solutions from around the world. She
has also served as an assessor for the prestigious school and Directorate
Development Program SDDP and Queen Rania's Award for teacher Excellence in
Jordan QRA , in addition to being a certified school inspector accredited by the
knowledge and Human Development Authority KHDA in Dubai, UAE. Laila's professional
journey also includes serving as a full-time English subject consultant with
UNICEF Jordan where she supported schools in host communities and refugee camps
and contributed to the national initiatives such as learning bridges learning recovery
programs and teacher of the future project
