Post a formidable stint in customer engagement in the Banking Industry, Dr.Lajwanti grew to realize her passion for teaching, counselling & training. Pursued her Post Graduate curriculum in Counselling, an MBA from IIMK (OB & HR) to strengthen her skills completed a PDP in Design Thinking from Stanford University.

An Independent Director (Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs), a certified life skills trainer and a corporate trainer in Leadership Development.

With 10 years of teaching experience, Dr.Lajwanti has been a judge for the QS Reimagine Education Awards 2023, 2024 & 2025 and is empanelled with Karnataka Monitoring and Evaluation Authority as an Independent Assessor (OB & HR and Counselling).
