Art Director & Founder
Ethafa

I work at the intersection of design, technology, and education: prototyping learning experiences that make emerging tech (AI, digital fabrication, creative coding) tangible for young people and educators, and building toward an innovation leadership role that lets me shape that work at a strategic level.

As Content and Operations Lead at Ibtechar's Studio 5 (under Qatar's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology), I lead a team of EdTech instructors in developing and delivering STEAM and bio-tech workshops for ages 7–24, as part of Studio 5's mandate around technology innovation and future skills, a role I've grown into from Senior EduTech Designer.

In parallel, I co-founded Ethafa, an educational products studio building STEAM kits with a focus on accessibility and inclusivity; work that's won recognition and funding from Venture Kick, Gebert Rüf Stiftung, Boldbrain, and Fondazione Leonardo and been featured on Swiss and Qatari TV, radio, and press.

I also teach: as a Visiting Lecturer at SUPSI's Master in Interaction Design and as Adjunct Faculty / Research Fellow at Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts Qatar, covering creative coding (p5.js), the business of design, and digital strategy, Art Foundation and Graphic Design.

Always happy to connect on EdTech, AI literacy, creative computing, or innovation leadership in STEAM.
