Dr Li Xue Cunningham is an Associate Professor in Management at Bayes Business School. Her research and teaching focus on international and comparative HRM, gender and diversity management, private enterprise development, and business education, with particular expertise in China.

A Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), she previously served as an RCUK Research Fellow at the Centre for Asian Business and Management. She holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Economics from Nanjing University and a PhD in Management Studies from City, University of London.
