With over 20 years’ experience in higher education, Lilian is a strategic partnerships and internationalisation leader with a strong track record across Africa and Europe. She has served on the Board of Governance of Lodwar Technical and Vocational College and the University Council of the University of Embu and held senior roles at HEP UK and Strathmore University, where she advanced university partnerships, innovation, and higher education financing. Lilian has also contributed to major regional and international education initiatives, including the 2024 Commonwealth Education Ministers Conference and the Open Africa Power programme. She holds an MSc in International Management from Oxford Brookes University.
