I have twenty years’ experience of leading, developing and delivering teaching in Higher Education.  Originally a scholar in Ancient History, I have since worked in strategic leadership roles supporting Widening Participation, Student Experience Enhancement, Study Skills development, and Academic Development. This led me to my specialism in higher education and academic practice development as an Associate Professor of Higher Education in the School of Education at the University of Exeter, UK.
