Patricia Montaño’s professional career has spanned the fields of information technology management and internationalization. During her tenure at Tecnológico de Monterrey, she has held both academic and administrative positions, consistently linked to the university’s international development. Patricia Montaño holds two master’s degrees: an MBA from EGADE Business School specializing in e-Global Management, and a Master’s in Information Technology Management; both were obtained at Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has served as a speaker at various international conferences. As International Networks Director at Tecnológico de Monterrey, she is responsible for designing new formats for student international experiences, creating new avenues for the university’s internationalization, and managing institutional activities within various consortia. Her experience in developing programs for faculty internationalization—as well as in fostering international cooperation among academics in teaching and learning endeavors—has had a significant impact on the advancement of internationalization at her institution.

Patricia is an avid road cyclist and a passionate scuba diver, a field in which she serves as a Divemaster.
