
Lyli Gastañadui, Ph.D., is a member of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET, US, 2026) and serves on its Standards Development Committee (SDC), contributing to the review and continuous improvement of the ANSI/IACET Standard for Continuing Education and Training.
Dr. Gastañadui is an international evaluator, higher education quality assurance specialist, researcher, and attorney from Peru. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Administration (Educational Policy and Planning) from The University of Texas at Austin as a Ford Foundation Fellow.
She currently serves as a professor and researcher at Universidad César Vallejo (Peru). With more than 25 years of professional experience, she has held academic leadership positions in higher education and has participated in accreditation and external evaluation processes for international quality assurance agencies, including EQUAA, AICE-CACECA, and SGS.
She serves as a reviewer for the ICACIT International Symposium 2026. Her areas of expertise include educational innovation, quality assurance, workforce development, lifelong learning, microcredentials, research evaluation, and university engagement with society.
