Prof. Kaliappan Manivannan is Dean – External Affairs and Professor of Information Technology at R.M.K. Group of Institutions, Chennai, India, with over 37 years in engineering education. He served as Vice-President of IFEES, National Vice-President of ISTE, and GEDC Executive Council Member, having earlier served as GEDC Secretary/Treasurer. He co-chaired WEEF 2019 in India and has been part of the WEEF community since 2009, championing global collaboration in engineering education.
