A university lecturer specialising in technological innovation and academic excellence, with over 38 years’ experience in science and technology applied to education. His national and international academic training in educational technologies, computer science and electronics, combined with a teaching career spanning all levels of the education system, has enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of contemporary demands in scientific research and university management.

His research work has focused on the field of education, with an emphasis on Educational Management and Quality, Pedagogical Innovation and University Management, approached from a critical perspective geared towards evidence-based continuous improvement.

He currently works as a full-time lecturer and internal quality auditor at the Trujillo campus of the University of César Vallejo. He is the creator of MP_AZ10, an artificial intelligence assistant based on the Socratic method, designed to strengthen critical thinking and guide the development of rigorous research, aligned with contemporary academic standards and institutional requirements.
