Midya Yousefi is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at Wenzhou-Kean University. She holds a PhD in Management and Leadership, with a focus on higher education institutions. Her academic and professional work focuses on leadership and management in higher education, with particular interests in digital transformation, e-leadership, cross-border higher education, university improvement, and institutional development in changing educational contexts. Dr. Yousefi brings over nine years of international experience in leadership, doctoral education, digital innovation, and higher education partnerships. She supervises PhD, EdD, DBA, and Educational Administration dissertations for students from different countries, supporting research that addresses leadership, management, and institutional challenges in diverse educational settings.

She is actively engaged in global higher education through academic advising, professional service, invited speaking, and research leadership. She has also served as a judge for international higher education awards focused on university innovation, smart university development, omnichannel learning environments, and digital integration in higher education institutions.
