Miluska Jackeline Madelaine Pajuelo Abanto is a lecturer and researcher at the National University of Trujillo (Peru), with more than 25 years of experience in higher education. She has served as a registered external evaluator for Peru's National System for Evaluation, Accreditation, and Certification of Educational Quality (SINEACE) since 2022, and is a member of the International Review Committee for the ICACIT Symposium 2026, in the track on quality assurance, accreditation, and outcomes-based education.

Her research focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in Latin American higher education, educational quality, and university accreditation processes, on which she has published in indexed journals and presented at international conferences, including the 2026 Annual Meeting of the American Educational Research Association (AERA) in Los Angeles. She holds a Master's degree in Education from Universidad César Vallejo and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Sciences at the National University of Trujillo.
