Naeima Shah has more than 15 years of experience in strategy performance quality and excellence across Abu Dhabi Government entities. Currently serves as head of quality and excellence at ADEK where her work covers strategic planning performance management organizational improvement policy development

Alongside her professional Career. Naeima has extensive experience as a Lead Assessor, Team lead and Jury member for major excellence awards in UAE these include Dubai Government excellence program DGEP, Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award SKEA, Sheikh Khalida Government Excellence Program SKGEP, Maan Excellence Award, the supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood Excellence Award. She has also received several awards and recognition throughout her career including the Stevie award for Government hero of the Year

Naeima holds a master’s degree in Innovation and Change Management and has built her career around improving the way organizational plan to perform and achieve excellence
