Over sixteen years of experience as an administrative assistant at the university. I specialize in managerial work and am responsible for educating students and mentoring Innovative Business Incubator residents on using progressive methods in creating pitches and mass communication procedures. I use a positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage students to work hard and succeed. As an instructor, I add innovative business to the curriculum system and motivate the students to startups.
Now, my goal is to lead the Career and Alumni Affairs Center in facilitating meaningful connections between students and industry partners, ultimately supporting the university community in achieving its career goals and aspirations. Also, as the head of the Center of Sustainable Development, I try to raise awareness among academic staff and students about the SDGs.
Recently, I have also been appointed as an advisor to the rector, where I support university-led social initiatives, including community engagement, alumni involvement, and projects that promote youth empowerment and social responsibility.
