Neha Thakrar is the Founder of Neha Thakrar Consultancy (NTC), an educator, author, educational consultant, career counsellor, and ELT professional with over 18 years of experience across education, student mentoring, international education, career development, and experiential learning.

A Cambridge CELTA-qualified educator and UCLA Extension Certified Global Career Counsellor, she has also taught Academic English at IIT Bombay. Her work spans career counselling, English language proficiency, university guidance, curriculum development, profile building, space education and Edu Tours, creating opportunities for experiential learning, intercultural exposure, and learning beyond the classroom.

As an author and co-author, Neha contributes to the discourse on innovative pedagogy, educational reform, the National Education Policy, Indian Knowledge Systems, and evolving approaches to teaching and learning.

She also serves as Joint Secretary, Youth4Nation – Maharashtra & Goa, contributing to initiatives centred on youth engagement, education, skills, and development.

As a Judge for the QS Reimagine Education Awards, Neha brings a multidisciplinary perspective as an educator, author, counsellor, and practitioner to evaluating educational innovation. She is particularly interested in learner impact, employability, experiential learning, scalability, inclusion, and how education can evolve meaningfully in an increasingly AI-enabled world.
