Nicole Welsh is the Director of Learning and Innovation at PeTAL Connect. She holds an MPhil in Education, an EdS in Learning, Instruction and Innovation and an MSc in Human Resource Management and Development.  Her professional experience includes human resource manager, instructional development coordinator, curriculum development specialist, course developer, senior instructional designer, examiner, course coordinator, instructor,  and visiting professor.
