Dr Ninette Kamel is an educational technology specialist, instructional designer, university lecturer, and programme manager from Lebanon. She holds a PhD in Educational Technology from the Lebanese University and has extensive experience in K–12 curriculum development, artificial intelligence in education, STEAM, teacher training, and educational innovation. She has played a leading role in developing the Innovation in Technology and STEAM curriculum and contributes to national and regional initiatives through the National Association for Science and Research and higher education institutions. A TechWomen 2025 Emerging Leader, Dr Kamel is committed to creating inclusive, practical, and future-focused learning experiences that empower educators and students.
