Dr. Nitya Prakash is a globally respected education reformist, award-winning author, and international thought leader whose work seamlessly bridges academia, innovation, leadership, and social impact. As the CEO of Quality New Zealand Education, he leads one of the most dynamic India–New Zealand education and talent transformation initiatives, focused on global mobility, workforce development, vocational excellence, and cross-border academic collaboration.

With over 15 years of experience spanning education, corporate training, institutional partnerships, and talent transformation, Dr. Prakash has played a pivotal role in shaping future-ready learning ecosystems across India and internationally. He has led strategic collaborations and launched globally aligned certification and skilling programs in partnership with organizations such as ACCA, BSE Institute, IIT Madras Pravartak, and Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. His work also extends into vocational transformation initiatives in collaboration with New Zealand’s dairy and agri-training ecosystem, aimed at creating globally employable talent for the future workforce.

Dr. Prakash has served as a Mentor of Change with NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission and has mentored innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives associated with IIT Bombay. Widely recognized for his strategic thinking in learning and development, he has contributed to the creation of AI-enabled learning ecosystems, scalable corporate training frameworks, and outcome-driven talent transformation models built around globally recognized methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model and Phillips ROI Methodology.

A prolific and versatile writer, Dr. Prakash has authored 15 books across fiction, leadership, education, and social impact. His acclaimed works include Education 2050 and National Commission for Men: Silent Scars, a bold and thought-provoking book that sheds light on overlooked dimensions of gender justice and social equity. His writing combines intellectual depth with emotional sensitivity, reflecting a rare ability to connect policy, people, and purpose.

His contributions to education and innovation have earned him multiple national and international recognitions, including a nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2022 and recognition at the HackerNoon Startup of the Year Awards – Education (2025).
