Dr. Nitya Prakash is an internationally recognised education strategist, talent transformation leader, bestselling author, TEDx speaker, and global thought leader whose work spans higher education, workforce development, innovation, leadership, and public policy. As the Chief Executive Officer of Quality New Zealand Education (QualityNZ Education), he leads one of the most influential India–New Zealand education and talent development initiatives, advancing global mobility, vocational excellence, employability, and cross-border academic collaboration.
With over 15 years of leadership experience, Dr. Prakash has worked at the intersection of education, industry, and government, designing future-ready learning ecosystems that respond to the evolving demands of the global workforce.
