I currently serve as Vice Principal for Scientific Affairs, Innovation and International Cooperation at Tashkent International University of Financial Management and Technologies (TIFT). My professional experience encompasses higher education leadership, research and innovation management, international cooperation, and institutional development.

In my role, I provide strategic leadership for the University’s research and innovation activities, foster international academic partnerships, and contribute to expanding TIFT’s global engagement and institutional impact.

My professional interests include research excellence, innovation in higher education, internationalization, academic collaboration, institutional development, and the advancement of impactful and globally connected education.
