Dr. Nizar Banu P K is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India, with over 15 years of experience in teaching and research. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Graph Neural Networks, Medical Data Mining, Image Processing, Explainable AI, and Biomedical Signal Analysis.

Dr. Nizar has published extensively in high-impact international journals, authored book chapters with leading international publishers, and holds a published patent. She serves as an Editorial Board Member for reputed international journals and is an active reviewer for leading publishers, including Elsevier, Springer, BioMed and IGI Global. She also serves as a Technical Program Committee member for several international conferences. 

Her research focuses on developing intelligent, data-driven solutions for healthcare, education, and computer vision applications, nurturing interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation in intelligent computing.
