Novi B. Pascua is a dedicated education and quality assurance professional currently serving as the Internal Lead Quality Auditor at the Office of Institutional Advancement of Central Philippine University, a position held since June 2015. With more than two decades of service in the University, Pascua began as a Records Clerk in the Registrar’s Office in 2004 and steadily advanced through various administrative positions including Records Evaluator, Secretary to the Registrar, Admission Officer, and IQA Auditor.

In addition to administrative leadership, Pascua is also engaged in teaching, handling courses under the National Service Training Program-Civic Welfare Training Service (NSTP-CWTS) and CE Tech 1 at the College of Computer Studies. Pascua has actively participated in numerous trainings, seminars, and certifications related to leadership, educational management systems, auditing, innovation, and academic excellence, including ISO 21001:2018 Educational Organizations Management System auditing and World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) peer evaluation. Through years of experience and continuous professional development, Pascua remains committed to promoting quality assurance, institutional effectiveness, and educational excellence.
