University of Perpetual Help System Laguna Dean of the College of Computer Studies, Oliver Junio is an academic leader, technology advocate, and educator dedicated to advancing innovation in information technology and computer science education in the Philippines. He has led various initiatives in curriculum development, cybersecurity education, systems innovation, and digital transformation within higher education, including the development of microcredential programs and cyber range–based learning approaches. A former president of Philippine Society of Information Technology Educators CALABARZON and a founding officer of Integrated Society of IT Enthusiast, he continues to contribute actively to the growth of the IT education community through leadership, research, and collaborative projects aimed at preparing students for the evolving demands of the technology industry.
