Opemipo Ogunkeyede is an education advocate, environmentalist, international youth, women and people development professional, multi-faceted global tech leader and changemaker with over 7 years of experience driving impactful change in tech education and empowerment, environmental actions, and people development. 

She is the World Record-Holder of the global record and historymaking title, “The African Female with Laurels of 121+ Certifications, Badges and Honours in the World”, an achievement widely recognized from the inception, with the title "The 18-year-old Nigerian and African with 121+ Certifications, Badges and Honours in the world" when she was 18. 

Recognized globally for her outstanding, historymaking achievement, she is a 2× global record holder, honoured with the prestigious titles of “African Female Laureate” and “the Young African with 121+ Global Certifications, Badges, and Honours in the World.”

Her outstanding certifications, badges and honours spans across globally respected institutions including UNICEF, World Health Organization, Asian Development Bank, HP, Honor Society United States Institute of Peace, and Reuters, among other global bodies. 

Opemipo is the founder of three impactful non-profit organizations: Leading Ladies for Impact, an international non-governmental organization empowering young women and girls across the globe, on leadership, technology, personal development, including key transformational empowerment on purpose discovery, potential development and professional development. Currently , Leading Ladies for Impact has impacted young women and girls across 21 countries in the world, (19 African and 2 non-African), including the United States, United Kingdom, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Botswana, Malawi, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Lesotho, Niger, Cameroon, and South Sudan. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of The Green Initiative Africa, a non-governmental organization focused on advancing environmental sustainability, actions on plastic pollution, climate actions, environmental education and planetary health education across Africa and beyond. She also leads Education for All Africa, a non-governmental organization expanding access to inclusive and quality education in Africa.

As an environmentalist, Opemipo currently serves as an Ambassador of Planetary Health Alliance, U.S.A; (a consortium of 550+ non-governmental organizations, research institutes, government entities and universities from 80+ countries around the world committed to understanding and addressing global environmental change and its health impacts), a Children and Youth Major Group member of United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP); United Nations’ world's leading global authority on the environment, among many others.

She also leads as the Founder of two companies: SkillsBeyond; (a pan-African tech education and skills development company equipping young Africans with tech, digital, soft and cutting-edge transformative skills they need to make a difference, lead, become world-class, and compete on a global stage), and The Growth Circle Global, an international development incubator and growth ecosystem for emerging, early-stage and established individuals and institutions, visionaries, changemakers, innovators and leaders, for multidimensional borderless development across personal development, influence, leadership and professional excellence, and holistic capacity building.

Due to her series of achievements, impacts, and works, Opemipo has garnered numerous prestigious local and international awards, honours, and recognitions, including being recognized as one of the 14 Africa’s Incredible Women Trailblazers by Africa Matters, distinguished as one of the 3 Nigerian women with uncommon achievements and exploits in the world by Legit.ng recognized as one of Nigeria’s 7 Incredible Women Trailblazers, one of the leading African Voices, an African Female Laureate, The Environmentalist and Tech Advocate Making Waves in Global Change, The Most Outstanding Woman in Tech 2024, among many other notable honours.
