She has more than 30 years of experience in the Development of Distance Educational and Blended Models, Corporate Universities, and Professional Development.  

She was the Director of the Virtual Business University (Television channel for Companies). Developed and directed the CAP, the first online learning community to develop professional skills. 

In recent years, she has been dedicated to promoting Educational Innovation, which she is passionate about and has allowed her to participate in strategic initiatives that are transforming education such as AI, Immersive Learning with Extended Reality, Hologram Professors, Adaptive Learning, Alternative Credentials among others.
