PhD. Paul Francisco Baldeon Egas is an academic, researcher, educational innovator, and strategic leader in higher education. He holds a PhD in Projects and has extensive experience in university management, digital transformation, quality assurance, artificial intelligence in education, and institutional strategic planning.

Throughout his career, he has led innovation and transformation initiatives within higher education institutions, promoting academic management models, intelligent digital ecosystems, data analytics for decision-making, and continuous improvement strategies aimed at educational excellence. His work integrates technology, pedagogy, neuroeducation, artificial intelligence, data science, and strategic management to strengthen the quality, relevance, and impact of education.

He is the author and co-author of high-impact scientific publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS), as well as books, book chapters, and research projects focused on educational innovation, digital competencies, artificial intelligence, process automation, strategic planning and management, higher education transformation, Education 4.0, and learning mediated by emerging technologies. He has also developed technopedagogical models and innovative methodologies that foster meaningful learning, critical thinking, metacognition, and the ethical use of artificial intelligence in educational environments.

Dr. Baldeon has held academic leadership and executive positions within higher education institutions in Ecuador, contributing to strategic planning, quality assurance, process management, research, community engagement, and institutional development. His expertise also includes the design of intelligent academic management systems, organizational transformation models, and AI-powered Socratic tutoring frameworks.

As an international speaker, academic evaluator, researcher, and advocate for educational innovation, he promotes initiatives that connect technology, creativity, leadership, and humanism to transform education and generate sustainable social impact. His vision focuses on reimagining the future of education through the responsible integration of artificial intelligence, continuous innovation, and the development of professionals prepared to address the challenges of the 21st century.
