PhD. Paul Francisco Baldeon Egas is an academic, researcher, educational innovator, and strategic leader in higher education. He holds a PhD in Projects and has extensive experience in university management, digital transformation, quality assurance, artificial intelligence in education, and institutional strategic planning.

Throughout his career, he has led innovation and transformation initiatives within higher education institutions, promoting academic management models, intelligent digital ecosystems, data analytics for decision-making, and continuous improvement strategies aimed at educational excellence. His work integrates technology, pedagogy, neuroeducation, artificial intelligence, data science, and strategic management to strengthen the quality, relevance, and impact of education.

He is the author and co-author of high-impact scientific publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS), as well as books, book chapters, and research projects focused on educational innovation, digital competencies, artificial intelligence, process automation, strategic planning and management, higher education transformation, Education 4.0, and learning mediated by emerging technologies.
